It is possible to pay in cash, by credit card or bancomat.

• WHAT TYPES OF CREDIT CARD ARE ACCEPTED?
All international credit cards are accepted: VISA, AMERICAN
EXPRESS, MASTER CARD, DINERS, JCB, EUROCARD.

• IF I SEND YOU MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER WILL YOU CHARGE ME IMMEDIATELY OR JUST
USE IT TO GUARANTEE MY RESERVATION?
A credit card number is requested to guarantee a booking. Have a look at the
rates and booking conditions.

• HOW LATE CAN I LEAVE IT BEFORE CANCELLING MY RESERVATION?
It is possible to cancel a booking upto 48 hours before the date of arrival.
If cancellation is made prior to 48 hours before arrival a charge of 15,00
euros will be applied. Within 48 hours a charge of one nght's stay will be
applied.

• IS THERE PARKING NEAR TO THE HOTEL?
Yes, there are many private garages nearby.

• ARE THERE SUPERMARKETS, BAR, PUBS, DRY CLEANERS, RESTAURANTS, ETC.NEARBY?
Yes, everything you could possibly need is within 200 meters as we are
located in the heart of the city.

• IS BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Breakfast is incuded for everyone who books an ensuite bedroom.

• DO YOU ACCEPT SMALL ANIMALS?
Yes, they are welcome.
