Qual è l’orario del check-in e del check-out?

Check-in is to be made not before 14:00 (2pm), please. Check-out is within the hour of 11:00am.

If needed, you may leave your baggage/luggage in our depository without charge. 

May I arrive after 12:00?

Of course.  Our reception is open 24/7.

May I pay with a credit card?

Yes. We accept many credit cards including:  Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB Bancomat, and CartaSi.

Do you have Internet Wi-Fi in your rooms?

Our connection to the Internet/ Wi-Fi is complimentary both in the rooms and in the common areas, the dining hall and the television room.

What are your cancellation terms?

Up to 72 hours before arrival: a €15.00 penalty will be levied for each booked room.

Within 72 hours of your arrival and in case of a no-show: a penalty equal to the cost of the first night booked.

In order to cancel a booking it is necessary that you do it on our online system indicated for cancellations.

Or, you may email or fax us. 

We will then send you a written confirmation of your cancellation.

For those bookings made with a down payment by bank transfer and/or by postal draft, we require that at least the first night of your booked stay be paid.

These deposits cannot be, in any way, refunded in case of cancellation.

Depending on the number of persons involved in each booking or for special arrangements, our cancellation policy will vary accordingly.

Is it possible to organize transportation, tours and reservations through the facilities of your hotel?

Our hotel can organize for you, upon request, whatever type of activity you wish to participate in including the following:  tours, guided tours in Rome or beyond the Eternal City, reservations for restaurants and tickets to theaters and concerts.

Our reception is always open and our staff communicates in six languages including Arabic. Do not hesitate to ask for their assistance.
